摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢交通静脉功能不全的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年至2013年收治的60例（61条患肢）下肢交通静脉功能不全患者的临床资料。通过静脉造影和彩超检查发现患肢深静脉通畅,但有明显血液倒流。CEAP分级：C6级36条患肢,C5级25条患肢。全组患肢均作大隐静脉高位结扎＋腔内激光闭合术,并在超声引导下行交通支静脉腔内激光闭合。结果全组患者手术顺利,术后症状和体征明显好转,无严重并发症发生。随访时间4~14个月,溃疡均未复发。结论采用超声引导下腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢交通静脉功能不全,手术创伤轻微、并发症极少、疗效满意。Objective Evaluation of efficacy of ultrasound-guided endouvenous laser ablation for perforation veins insufficiency. Methods The data of 60 patients（ 61 lower limbs） with perforation veins insufficiency from 2012 ~2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Patency but reflux of deep vein trunks were found by vein angiography and ultrasound in all cases. Based on CEAP classification, there were 36 limbs in C6 and 25 limbs in C5. with prominent dilation of the deep vein trunks and reflex. High-ligation and laser ablation of the saphenous vein, as well as ultrasound-guided endouvenous laser ablation for perforation veins were performed in all patients. And the perforation veins in the leg were puncture under the guide of duplex scanning for laser ablation. Result The symptoms and sighs were relieved after successful procedures. No severe complication occurred. During the follow-up of 4~14 months, no ulcer recurred. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided endouvenous laser ablation for perforation veins insufficiency is effective with minimal-invasion and few complications.
