摘  要:印制绕组电机具有结构扁平、转动惯量小的特点而被应用在许多特殊的场合。闭合的印制绕组制作成三相对称印制绕组并应用于轴向磁场的永磁同步电机,使电机的转矩脉动小、控制精度高,在某些特殊领域具有较好的应用前景。分析了典型印制绕组的物理参数、连接规律和参数约束关系,介绍了印制绕组冲片的设计理论和方法,为印制绕组及三相对称印制绕组的设计提供有力的理论基础。Printed circuit motors are used in many special applications because of their small axial field and small inertia. Three- phase symmetric printed circuit winding made with the closed printed circuit winding can be used in permanent magnet synchronous axial field motors,which have some unique advantages such as small ripple torque,zero cogging torque and high control precision,and have good application prospects in some special fields. The physical parameters,the typical connection rule and parameter constraints of printed winding were analyzed,and the theory and design method of printed circuit winding punching sheet were introduced,providing a strong theoretical basis for the design of printed circuit winding and three- phase symmetrical printed winding.
