摘  要:为了提高6极36槽内置式"一"型永磁同步电动机性能,通过对永磁体的厚度和嵌入深度进行优化分析,提高电动机的功率因数和效率。基于Maxwell 2D对永磁体的厚度和嵌入深度进行优化仿真,分别得到最佳永磁体厚度和嵌入深度,为永磁同步电机提高功率因数和效率提供了一种可靠的方法。最后试制了样机,通过和原先电动机进行对比分析可知,该电机的功率因数和效率同时得到了提高,该文在工程实践和理论上有较高的参考价值。In order to improve a 6 poles 36 slots of interior type " —" permanent magnet synchronous motor performance,through the optimization analysis of the thickness of permanent magnet and insetting depth,the power factor and efficiency of motor were improved. By simulation optimization on the thickness of permanent magnet and insetting depth based on Maxwell 2D,the best thickness of permanent magnet and insetting depth were respectively gotten,providing a reliable method for permanent magnet synchronous motor to improve the power factor and efficiency. A prototype was carried out.Through the contrast with the original motor,the power factor and efficiency of the motor were improved. This paper has high reference value both in engineering practice and theory.
