摘  要:冶金轧机主传动系统作为生产线的核心装备具有装机容量大、系统可靠性高、过载能力强、动态响应快等特点,目前主导的轧机主传动电气控制已由直流系统变为交流系统。介绍并比较了几种轧机传动系统中主要的交流调速方案,对其适用范围和优缺点进行了分析,重点介绍了采用新型可关断电力电子器件的三电平PWM变频调速系统的结构和特点,同时探讨了我国目前大功率轧机主传动交流调速系统的研究和应用现状,为冶金企业大功率轧机主电机传动装置的设计选型提供参考。Serving as the key equ ipment, the main drive system of the metallurgical rolling mill has such characteristics as large installed capacity, high reliability, high overload capacity,fast dynamic response. At present, the electrical control for the main drive of the rolling mill was generated by the AC system instead of the DC system. The main AC adjustable speed schemes for the drive systems of several types of rolling mills were discussed based on the comparison, whose scope of application and merits and faults were analyzed. Especially the structure and characteristics of the 3-level PWM variable frequency adjustable speed system by using the new type of the turn-off power electronic devices were introduced and also the current situation of the research and application of the AC adjustable speed system for the main drive of domestic high-power rolling mills is discussed, all of which can provide the reference for selecting the designing scheme and types on the main motor drive devices of the rolling mills with high power used by metallurgical enterprises.
