摘 要:[目的]建立甲霜灵在黄瓜、土壤中残留的液相色谱分析方法,研究残留消解趋势,评价使用安全性。[方法]黄瓜和土壤样品用醋酸-乙腈提取,高效液相色谱仪-紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。[结果]在3个添加水平下,甲霜灵在黄瓜、土壤中的平均回收率分别为88.59%~95.51%和84.06%~92.77%,检出限均为0.6×10-9g,定量限均为0.02 mg/kg;消解动态规律符合一级动力学方程,半衰期分别为3.3~8.1、4.4~8.6 d;黄瓜坐果期施药,成熟黄瓜和土壤样品残留量均低于MRL值(0.5 mg/kg)。[结论]甲霜灵按推荐方法剂量使用,在黄瓜上使用是安全的。[Aims] A HPLC method was established to detect metalaxyl residues in cucumbers and soil, the residue digestion trend was researched, and the application security was evaluated. [Methods] Cucumber and soil samples were extracted with the mixture of acetonitrile and acetic acid, detected by high performance liquid chromatograph with ultraviolet detector. In addition, the results were quantified with external standard method. [Results] The results showed that the average recoveries of metalaxyl in cucumbers and soil at three addition concentrations ranged from 88.59 to 95.51% and from 84.06 to 92.77%. The limits of detection were 0.6xl09 g and the limits of quantification were 0.02 mg/kg. The dissipation dynamics followed the first order kinetics and the half-lives were 3.3-8.1 d and 4.4-8.6 d, respectively. When metalaxyl was applied after the cucumber was beared, metalaxyl residues in cucumber and soil samples were less than the MRL values (0.5 mg/kg). [Conclusions] When metalaxyl is applied based on the recommended method and dosage, it is safe to cucumber.
