摘 要:[目的]筛选出对小麦叶锈病有效的防治药剂。[方法]用6种杀菌剂在小麦拔节期喷雾1次,10 d后在小麦抽穗期再喷雾1次。[结果]第2次喷雾20 d后调查,75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG、43%戊唑醇SC和12.5%烯唑醇WP对小麦叶锈病的防效均大于99.00%;30 d后防效分别为98.62%、96.11%和91.05%,其中75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG对叶锈病的持效期最长;3个药剂的处理分别较对照增产20.43%、19.21%和15.75%。[结论]75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG、43%戊唑醇SC和12.5%烯唑醇WP可以在生产上用来防治小麦叶锈病。[Aims] The study aims to screen out effective fungicides which had better inhibition effects on pathogens Puccinia recondita f.sp. tritici. [Methods] 6 Kinds of fungicides were tested by spraying them at wheat jointing stage and heading stage, investigated on May 10 and May 20. [Results] The investigation demonstrated that trifloxstrobin- tebuconazole 75% WG, tebuconazole 43% SC and diniconazole 12.5% WP displayed better control, and the decrement of disease index were all above 99.00% after 20 days; the decrement of disease index were 98.62, 96.11 and 91.05% after 30 days, respectively. Their wheat output increased by 20.43, 19.21 and 15.75%, better than all other fungicides. The prevention effect of Irifloxstrobin-tebuconazole 75% WG was the most persistent. [Conclusions] Three fungicides are worth to be applied in production.
