摘  要:[目的]筛选对甘薯蚁象的高效药剂。[方法]采用浸虫、浸薯法,测试10种杀虫剂的毒力,并在盆栽试验中测定各药剂的杀虫效果和持效期。[结果]以高效氯氟氰菊酯、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、阿维菌素的触杀毒力最高;以甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、辛硫磷、毒死蜱的胃毒毒力最高。盆栽试验施药后2 d,辛硫磷、毒死蜱、高效氯氟氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉和高浓度甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对植株的保护作用达到100%;施药后20 d,吡虫啉和高效氯氟氰菊酯各处理的防治持效期最长。[结论]辛硫磷、毒死蜱、高效氯氟氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和吡虫啉对植株具有较好保护效果,吡虫啉和高效氯氟氰菊酯对植株保护作用的持效期最长。[Aims] The aim of this study was to screen out efficient pesticides against the sweetpotato weevil (Cylas formicarius). [Methods] The toxicity of ten insecticides were evaluated by adult-dipping and root-dipping methods, the control efficacy of different insecticide and its persistence were tested on potted plant. [Results] The results showed that lambda-cyhalothrin, emamectin benzoate and abamectin had the highest contact toxicities, and emamectin benzoate, phoxim and chlorpyfifos showed the strongest oral toxicities. Phoxim, chlorpyrifos, lambda-cyhalothrin, beta-cypermethrin, imidacloprid and the high concentration treatment of emamectin benzoate showed 100% protective effect to plant 2 days after treatment. All the treatments of imidacloprid and lambda-cyhalothrin had higher control efficacy than other treatments after 20 days. [Conclusions] Phoxim, chlorpyrifos, lambda-cyhalothrin, beta-cypermethrin, emamectin benzoate and imidacloprid had higher protection efficacy to sweetpotato than other insecticides tested, imidacloprid and lambda-cyhalothrin had the longest persistant efficacy.
