摘 要:文章运用ANSYS11.0建立了Si Cp/Al复合材料薄壁回转体的三维实体模型,并进行了模态分析。通过模态叠加法在工件的自由一端、离自由一端1/3工件长度、离自由一端2/3工件长度处施加不同简谐激振力进行谐响应分析获得了振幅频率曲线,确定了0~5000Hz的共振频率点及应避开的频率范围。结果表明:Si Cp/Al复合材料薄壁圆柱壳各阶固有频率均较高,第1、3、5阶振型均为整体振动,第7阶振型为扭振,第9阶振型整体表现为弯曲振动;随着对Si Cp/Al复合材料薄壁回转体简谐激振力增大,其振动振幅也随着增大;而工件几何尺寸对固有频率影响较大。其分析结果可以为在薄壁回转体加工中,合理选择铣刀转速和齿数,可使切削力频率避开共振区间,有利于得到更好的表面质量。This paper uses ANSYS11. 0 built up three-dimensional entity mode and modal analysis is about rotary thin-walled part of Si Cp / Al composites. Through using modal superposition method and applying different harmonic exciting force at the free end of the workpiece,a third of the workpiece length from free end,two-thirds of artifacts from the free end length,for harmonic response analysis to obtain the amplitude frequency curve,so that it can determine the resonance of 0 ~ 5000 Hz frequency point and avoided of the frequency range. The result shows that the inherent frequencies of rotary thin-walled part of Si Cp / Al composites are very high,the overall vibration model shapes occurs in 1th、3th、5th model shapes,the tensional vibration model shapes occurs in 7th model shapes and 9th overall performance for the first mode shape bending vibration; As the Si Cp / Al thin-walled composite rotary radial wave power increases,the vibration amplitude increases; The influence of centrifugal force to workpiece geometry size has great influent on it. It is shown that cutting force can avoid resonance frequency range by reasonable choice on cutter rotate speed and tooth number,it is propitious to obtaining better surface quality.
