摘  要:论述了径流式整体叶轮加工工艺过程中的制造难点,基于UG NX软件对整体叶轮进行CAD建模及刀具轨迹规划,以生产实际为导向,探索了整体径流式叶轮加工工艺方法,优化了加工工艺参数,减小叶轮变形,有效防止过切、欠切、干涉等工艺问题,缩短了叶轮加工时间,大幅度提高了整体叶轮加工效率,实现该系列径流式整体叶轮零件的工艺提升,对类似叶片类曲率扭转较大的复杂零件的加工有一定的指导意义。Mainly illustrates the difficulties exposed in manufacturing process of radial flowintegral impeller. The whole research is carried out via UG NX so as to get the CAD models and the tool path planning of the impeller. Aiming to popularize the method in practical production,explores the techniques in the manufacturing process of the integral impeller. Since the process is optimized,the deformation of the impellor is alleviated. Issues like excessive cutting,deficient cutting,or interference can be avoided consequently. The machining time is shortened and the machining efficiency is greatly elevated. The optimized processing techniques of radial flowintegral impellers. The presented method provide an enlightening instruction on the manufacturing process of complicated components with large curvature.
