佛山市祖庙东华里历史街区保护与利用评价

摘　　要：佛山市祖庙东华里历史街区自2008年启动片区改造工程,现已完成6条风貌保护街巷和10个文保单位的修缮工作。风貌保护街巷经过空间整合与功能重构,基本保留了岭南传统风貌;各文保单位已完成修缮,但利用情况不佳。针对街区内传统风貌的保护与利用现状,提出扩大参与、严格控制、丰富体验、加强宣传等建议。Since 2008, modification works of Foshan Zumiao-Donghuali Historical Block have been launched. Now, this area has restored six environment protection streets and ten cultural relic protection units. Those environment protection streets have basically retained the traditional style. The cultural relic protection units have been completely repaired with poor utilization. Based on regional protection and utilization situation, this essay rises some suggestions of development like widening participation, controlling strictly, enriching experience and strengthening propaganda.
