摘 要:运用专利地图理论对耐克、阿迪达斯、安踏、361°公司的运动服装专利进行比较分析。结果显示,耐克公司2004年后专利研发技术处于快速发展阶段,阿迪达斯公司一直处于缓慢发展阶段,两个公司的专利申请及专利布局主要集中在美国、加拿大、德国、奥地利、澳大利亚、日本、中国,而国内安踏和361°公司从2010年开始注重技术创新和专利申请,其专利申请地区局限于中国;耐克公司研发团队合作网络呈现"三大"特征,国内体育用品公司则呈现"三低"特征;特殊环境下运动服装的防护功能和高科技性是耐克和阿迪达斯公司的主要专利技术领域,国内公司则主要以实用新型专利和外观设计专利为主,专利质量明显低于耐克和阿迪达斯公司。通过对中外体育用品公司技术创新能力的比较和借鉴,为我国体育用品公司运动服装专利研发战略、专利战略等技术创新决策提供参考依据和情报信息。The present article is a comparative analysis of sportswear patents received by Nike,Adidas,Anta,361 Degrees,using the patent map theory. The results show that while the Nike company has been experiencing a rapid patent research and development period since 2004,Adidas is in the stage of slow development. For both companies,their patent applications and patent layout are mainly concentrated in the United States,Canada,Germany,Austria,Australia,Japan,and China. Domestically,Anta and 361 Degrees began their technological innovation and patent application in 2010,but their applications occurred only in China. The cooperation network of Nike research and development team shows three"big"characteristics,whereas the domestic sports goods companies are characterized by three"lows". The main patent technology of Nike and Adidas centers on the protective function of sportswear under special circumstances and high technological levels,while domestic companies are granted patents mainly for utility and novelty,and exterior design,inferior in patent quality to Nike and Adidas. The purpose of the study is,by comparing the technological innovation ability of Chinese and foreign sporting goods companies,to provide valuable information for policy making in technological innovation of domestic sporting goods company.
