摘　　要：竞技体育运动成绩的提高需要多学科的科学研究和科技服务的支撑,南京体育学院从20世纪80年代末就开展竞技体育攻关研究,1999年起组织教师和大学生为备战全运会的运动员进行科技服务,发挥学院"教学、训练、科研"三位一体的优势,在10多年的备战奥运会、全运会的科技攻关和服务中取得优秀的成果,并形成符合体育院校特点的科技攻关组织与管理的模式:从组建科技攻关组开始逐渐构建成科技攻关学术研究团队,开展多学科综合科技攻关研究;以"项目化"的方式进行管理,将科技攻关与服务工作作为科研项目来完成,提出问题、解决问题,将工作落到实处;完善基础科研设施,建成实验室、创新中心等高层次科研技术平台;完善制度建设,建立科技攻关和备战运动会的科研激励机制,调动积极性,最终有效提高竞技体育训练的科学性,提高训练水平,在科学研究、学科建设、人才培养等方面获得多赢。Improving the performance of competitive sports needs the support of multi discipline Scientific research and technological services. Nanjing sport institute researched on the development of competitive sports,from the end of eighties last century,and organized teachers and students to service the athletes for preparing the National Games from 1999. Nanjing Sport Institute exert the advantages of ＂Teaching,Training,Research,＂three-in-one achieved excellent results in the scientific research and technology service preparing for the Olympic Games and the National Games in this 10 years. We form the pattern of Organization and management of scientific and technological research,from establish scientific and technological research group,gradually build into a scientific and technological research team,research on multi discipline comprehensive science and technology. Management in the way of ＂project＂,complete the scientific and technological research and service work as a research project,raising questions,solving problems,and working to implement. Improve basic research facilities,construct laboratory,innovation center and other high level research technology platform. Improve the system construction,establish research incentive mechanism of science and technology research and preparation for the Games,mobilize enthusiasm,ultimately effec-tive increase the scientific nature of competitive sports training,improve training level,finally we get the win in scientific research,discipline construction,personnel training etc.
