摘  要:运用问卷调查、专家访谈和数理统计等方法对我国女篮备战2016年里约奥运会参赛风险进行研究。研究结果:1)初步建立了《我国女篮2016里约奥运会参赛风险检查表》,其中来自运动员自身风险92个、对手风险40个、参赛环境风险62个,总共194个;2)风险评估结果:来自运动员自身最主要的风险是心理风险、伤病风险;来自对手最主要的风险是技术风险、体能风险;来自参赛环境最主要的风险是社会支持过高风险、教练员风险和裁判员风险;3)提出了参赛风险监控的程序即参赛目标分析-风险识别-分析-评估-应对-监控。建议:教练员、管理人员、医疗和后勤保障人员等协同合作尽快编写出《我国女篮2016里约奥运会参赛风险控制应对手册》,为女篮实现参赛目标提供决策参考。Research by using the methods of questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics on Olympic competition risk problem of China women's basketball team in 2016. The results of the study: 1) The initial establishment of " China women's basketball team in 2016 Olympic Games competition risk checklist",including athletes from their own risk of 92,counterparty risk of 40,competition environment risk of 62,a total of 194; 2) The results of the risk assessment: Injury risk and psychological risk are the most important in athlete's own risk; Technical risk and physical risk are the most important in counterparty risk; High risk of social support,referees and coaches are the most important risk in competition environment risk; 3) Putting forward the risk identification program: Risk assessment,control program analysis,response planning measures and monitoring. Research suggests: The experts as soon as possible to write"The control manual to deal with competition risk of China women's basketball team in2016 Olympic Games"which for the women's basketball team to complete the goal providing decision-making reference.
