摘  要:西部超深超高压高温气井井深大于5000 m,地层压力系数在1.94-2.11 MPa/100 m,温度大于150℃,地层压力大于70 MPa,测试时井口最高关井压力达到96.7 MPa,给测试施工带来巨大挑战。为安全优质的完成超深超高压高温气井的测试工作,引进了哈里伯顿公司加强型RD阀、RDS阀及RTTS封隔器,根据井的具体情况优化出"两阀一封"、"三阀一封"、"四阀一封"和"五阀一封"测试管柱,地面装置配备高压控制头和采气井口。经现场12口井实例应用,证实其可行性。The depth of western deep ultrahigh pressure of high temperature gas well is more than 5000 m,whose formation pressure coefficient is1. 94 ~ 1. 94 MPa / 100 m,temperature is higher than 150 ℃,the formation pressure is greater than 70 MPa,shut-in pressure up to96. 7 MPa during well testing period,which brings great challenge to test operation. In order to complete well test to the super deep ultrahigh pressure of high temperature gas well safely and quality,reinforced RD valve,RDS valve and RTTS packer of Halliburton corporation is introduced,the test string of "two valves with a packer ","three valves with a packer","four valves with a packer " and"five valves with a packer" are optimized according actual cases,and surface device is equipped with high-pressure control head and gas recovery wellhead. By 12 field wells applications,feasibility of it is confirmed.
