地理国情普查综合统计分析技术框架研究——以天津为例

摘　　要：地理国情普查综合统计分析是地理国情普查成果应用的关键过程。文章结合天津市地理国情普查综合统计分析工作情况,对地理国情普查综合统计分析的技术流程、指标参数和内容进行了总结提炼,并利用天津市滨海新区普查试点数据对综合统计分析专题之一——社会民生专题进行实验性量化研究,相对客观的对各行政区划范围内的社会民生指标PLI(People’s Living Index)进行了计算和对比。文章提到的地理国情综合统计分析技术框架和模型可为其他省市开展综合统计分析提供参考。The comprehensive statistics and analysis is the key processes of Geographic National Condition Census（ GNCC）. It presents the technique flow,the basic index and models and the contents of comprehensive analysis based on the NGS statistics and analysis works and experience of Tianjin Binhai test area in this paper. It also reveals us the method and results of People＇s living index computation. All the technique frame and PLI model computation are referancable to the other cities during the undertaken process of GNCC comprehensive statistics.
