摘 要:目的制备齐墩果酸-纳米碳酸钙固体分散体,以期提高齐墩果酸的溶出度。方法以纳米级碳酸钙为载体,采用溶剂法制备齐墩果酸固体分散体,采用扫描电镜分析(SEM)、差示量热扫描分析(DSC)和X-射线衍射分析对固体分散体进行物相表征,并对其体外溶出行为进行考察。结果分析显示齐墩果酸在固体分散体中以无定形态存在,体外溶出结果表明,齐墩果酸-纳米碳酸钙(1∶2,w/w)60min的累积溶出度达到83.30%,显著高于齐墩果酸原料药。结论将纳米碳酸钙作为齐墩果酸固体分散体的载体,能显著提高齐墩果酸的体外溶出度。OBJECTIVE To prepare oleanolic acid-nano calcium carbonates solid dispersion and to enhance its in vitro re-lease.METHODS Oleanolic acid-nano calcium carbonate solid dispersion was prepared by using solvent evaporation method. By using scanning electron microscopySEMdifferential scanning calorimetryDSCand X-ray powder diffractionX-RDthe Microscopic structure and physicochemical properties of solid dispersion were analyzed.And its in vitro release also was in-vestigated.RESULTS It was suggested that oleanolic acid may be present in solid dispersion as amorphous substance.The in vitro release determination results of oleanolic acid-nano calcium carbonate1∶2 solid dispersion showed accumulated disso-lution rate of oleanolic acid was up to 83.30% at 60 min which was much higher than oleanolic acid bulk drug.CONCLUSION The results indicated that in vitro dissolution of oleanolic acid was improved greatly by the solid dispersion with nano calcium carbonate as a carrier.
