摘　　要：针对攀钢资源综合利用中试线转底炉还原生产金属化球团工艺控制参数的需求,开展了钒钛磁精铁矿含碳球团实验室条件下的还原规律及基本还原参数探索,确定了试验控制参数,为转底炉工业化生产金属化球团工艺参数的选取提供了依据,基本满足了转底炉实际生产的需要。Rotary hearth furnace （RHF） is the key equipment for vanadium titano-magnetite comprehensive u- tilization. In order to enhance the RHF running efficiency, orthogonal experiments have been carried out. Carbon- containing vanadium titanium magnetite pellets are used as materials and the reduction process parameters including temperature, reacting time as well as carbon adding amount have been explored in a large scale. On this basis, the reasonable process parameters are chosen which provide the theoretical support for the RHF industrial production.
