摘 要:某厂高钒低钙渣,含V 9.28%,Ca 1.85%,钒的主要存在矿物为钒铁尖晶石。试验结果表明,Na2CO3溶液对V2O5和Ca V2O6都有良好的浸出能力,具备处理低钙化焙烧钒渣的能力,确定采用低钙化焙烧—碳酸钠浸出对其进行处理。通过试验获得最佳焙烧条件为不添加Ca O,温度850℃,焙烧120min,此时钒浸出率达到77.2%。An industry slag containing 9.28% V and 1.85% Ca was used in the experiment. The main phase of vanadium contained in the slag is vanadium-iron spinel. By the exploring experiment, the Na2CO3 solution was proved to be an effective leaching solution which can be employed to extract V205 as well as CaVzO6 from the slag. Thus,the roasting (low calcium ) -alkali leaching (Na2CO3 ) method can be adopted in the recycling of this indus- try slag. In order to recover vanadium from the slag, several technological parameters were investigated in the experiment. The best roasting temperature and roasting time should be maintained at 850 ℃and 120 min respective- ly. There is no need to add more CaO as additive in the roasting process. With the recommended technological pa- rameters for roasting process, the experiment resulted in a vanadium recovery rate of 77.2%.
