摘　　要：水性带锈防锈涂料具有环保、锈蚀转化和抑制作用、可带锈施工、底材表面处理简单等优点。介绍了水性带锈防锈涂料的防锈机理和国内外研究进展情况。The waterborne anti-rust coatings for the rusty surface has the advantages of environmental protection,corrosion transformation and inhibition,and painting on the corroded surface and simplified the surface treatment process and so on. The anti-rust mechanism and research progress of waterborne anti-rust coatings for the rusty surface at home and abroad were introduced.
