摘  要:评估任务式结合PBL教学法应用于医学院校食品质量与安全专业的教学效果。以问卷调查的方式了解广州医科大学食品质量与安全专业学生接受教学法培训前后的变化。在接受任务式结合PBL教学法后,学生的科研能力、实验技能、实践技能均有提高,相关评价指标差异具有统计学意义。任务式结合PBL教学法适合医学院校食品质量安全专业的人才培养,可在相关医学院校食品质量与安全专业教学中推广应用。To evaluate the effect of teaching method of task-based learning combined with problem-based learning,we investigated the change in the ability of students from food quality and safety department of Guangzhou Medical College by questionnaire surveys. With the new teaching method, Students' scientific research ability, experimental ability and practical skills were improved, and the difference of related evaluation index was statistically significant.The combination of TBL with PBL is a good training mode suitable for professional personnel training mode in food quality and safety department in medical colleges and can be promoted and applied in the same department of other related medical colleges.
