铍冶炼厂铝铵矾处理工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了综合利用硫酸沉淀法生产工业氧化铍过程中产出的铝铵矾危险固体废渣的方法。采用冷水洗涤方法回收铝铵矾中的氧化铍,洗涤后的矾渣加入碳酸钙沉淀、硫酸溶解可制备硫酸铝,硫酸铵可用于铍冶炼生产过程中结晶除铝工序的添加剂。This paper presents a comprehensive utilization method of waste aluminium ammonium sulfate from commercial beryllium oxide using sulfuric-acid precipitation process. Recycling beryllium oxide from aluminium ammonium sulfate is washed by cold water,and Al2（ SO4）3is prepared by adding Ca CO3,which could be used in defluorination processfrom high-fluorine beryllium ore,moreover,（ NH4）2SO4could be used as additive in crystallization and aluminum removal process during industrial Be O production.
