摘　　要：随着全国公立医院改革的不断深入,建立"协调、统一、高效的公立医院管理体制","提高医疗服务质量"势在必行。急诊作为医院诊疗工作的前沿阵地,大多数患者具有情况紧急、病情危重、死亡率高的特点。急诊抢救成功率、治愈率和死亡率充分体现医院的诊疗水平和管理水平。如何能对急诊患者准确、迅速、及时、有效的进行救治,切实落实"以病人为中心"的工作要求,创新急诊管理,提升急诊运行效率和服务质量,提高患者的满意度,是关系医院发展及医疗安全的重要问题,也是医院管理者必须高度重视的问题。精细化管理是指通过运用程序化、标准化、数据化和信息化的手段,实现组织管理各单元精确、高效、协同和持续运行,精细化管理理念在急诊科的实施,对于优化医疗服务流程,提高服务质量,打造优质医院品牌具有重要的意义。With the reform of nationwide public hospitals goes deeper,it is imperative to build a ＂coordinate、unified、efficient public hospitals management system＂ and ＂improve medical service quality＂.Emergency as a forward position in hospital diagnosis and treatment,most patients have the characteristics of being in critical condition and high mortality.The rescue success、cure rates and mortality of emergency fully reflect the hospital＇s diagnosis、treatment and management level.How can treat emergency patients accurately、rapidly、promptly and effectively,earnestly implement the patient-centered work requirements,innovate emergency management,improve the emergency operation efficiency and service quality,improve patients satisfaction,is an important issue relating to the hospital development and medical safety,it is also a problem that hospital managers must attach great importance to.Fine management refers to using the means of procedural 、standardized、 digital and information technology,to realize organizational management units running accurately、efficiently、with coordination and continuously.The implementation of fine management concept in emergency department,has important significance for optimizing medical service processes、improving service quality、creating fine hospital brand.
