铁皮石斛对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的防治效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨铁皮石斛对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的防治效果。方法:将70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为实验组和对照组。两组均接受系统治疗,而实验组合并实施铁皮石斛汤剂。治疗4周末对两组患者进行改良英国呼吸困难指数(m MRC)、WHO生存质量评定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)及治疗依从性评定。结果:入组时实验组与对照组患者的m MRC、WHOQOL评分及治疗依从性的差异均无统计学意义(均>0.05)。治疗4周末时,实验组患者的m MRC分级状况明显高于对照组(<0.05或<0.01);WHOQOL在生理领域、心理领域、环境领域的评分及治疗依从性明显高于对照组(<0.05或<0.01)。结论:铁皮石斛可促进慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者症状的好转,提高维持治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量。Objective： OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Dendrobium on Chronic Obstructive pulmonary Disease.Methods： 70 cases of patients with Chronic Obstructive pulmonary Disease were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The two groups received system treatment but the study group also received additional Dendrobium.The clinical outcome was simultaneously evaluated by m MRC、WHOQOL-BREF、compliance of treatment at 4 weeks following treatment.Results： There were no significant differences in m MRC、WHOQOL-BREF and treatment compliance between the study group and the control group before treatment（P〉0.05）.At following up 4weeks,m MRC were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group（P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）.Treatment compliance and the scores of physiology、psychology and environmental factor in WHOQOL were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Dendrobium can improve the symptom of COPD,improve the treatment compliance of the patients,stabilize the condition,improve quality of life of the patients.
