摘　　要：从联锁功能试验、润滑油系统的检查和准备、管路的检查和吹扫以及管路支撑的设置等方面,介绍透平膨胀机组现场开车调试前的准备事项。阐述透平膨胀机组现场开车调试的注意事项,以及超速、带液、振动值偏大和主轴轴承温度异常的原因和处理措施。The preparations before the site starting and commissioning of turbine expanders set are briefed from the test of interlocking function,the check and preparation of lubricating oil system,the check and blow-sweeping of oil pipeline,and the setting of pipeline supports,the instructions to the site starting and commissioning of turbine expanders set are pointed out,and the causes and corrective measures for the over-speed,liquid-carrying,slight excessively high vibration value and abnormal temperature of the bearing of the main shaft are described.
