4种蚤蝇雄性生殖系统比较分析

摘　　要：解剖观察了东亚异蚤蝇Megaselia spiracularis Schmitz、蛆症异蚤蝇Megaselia scalaris(Loew)、角喙栓蚤蝇Dohrniphora cornua(Bigot)和广东栅蚤蝇Diplonevra peregrina(Widemann)的雄性生殖系统.研究结果表明,雄性生殖系统的精巢、输精管及生殖附腺的形态等特征在不同属种间存在明显差异,相关的特征在不同属级和种级分类单元之间呈现出一定的规律性变化.The male reproductive system of scuttle flies, Megaselia spiracularis Schmitz, Megaselia scalaris （Loew）, Dohrniphora cornuta （Bigot） and Diplonevra peregrina （Widemann）, were dissected and observed in microscopes. The results showed the morphological differences among genera and species in male reproductive organs （testis, vas deferens and reproductive accessory glands）, indicating a certain regularity change among genera and species.
