摘  要:铝镁合金制品抛光打磨工艺过程中会产生大量粉尘,为研究其在除尘过程中的物理及相关燃烧、爆炸特性,对铝镁合金粉尘进行实验研究.结果表明:未过筛铝镁合金样粉的粒径近80%分布在0.10~10.00 μm之间;样粉的流动性指数为46,流动性评价为不太好;样粉的喷流性指数为55,喷流性程度为有倾向;样品粉尘云的最小点火能为304.5 mJ,粉尘层的最低着火温度270℃;在点火头能量为10 kJ的条件下,样粉的最大爆炸压力为0.50 MPa,最大爆炸指数为2.28 MPa·m/s,爆炸烈度为St1级;针对企业实际情况及测试结果展开相关分析并提出相对应防护对策.The products made of Aluminum Magnesium al- loy will generate amounts of powder when they are polished and grinded. In order to research the properties of physics, combus- tion and explosion in the process of wiping out the dust,the ex- periment made a primary research about the Al Mg alloy pow- der. The result showed that the grain diameter of 80 % of the Al Mg alloy powder not filtered was between 0.10 μm and 10.00 μm. Liquidity index of sample powder was 46, and the appraise of liquidity was not good. The powder flow index was 55, and the level of jet degree was inclined. The minimum ignition ener- gy was 304.5 mJ and the minimum ignition temperature of dust layer was 270 ℃. When the ignition energy was 10 kJ, the maxi- mum explosion pressure was 0.50 MPa and the maximum ex- plosion index was 2. 28 MPa ·m/s, and the classification of dust explosion intensity was Level St1. According to the enter- prise actual situation and test results, correlation analysis and corresponding protection countermeasures were put forward.
