摘　　要：本文就职业院校专项建设资金的科学管理指出基于财务治理的关键环节,并提出可实施、可操作的具体做法和建议。This paper points out the key link based on financial governance for the scientific management of the special construction funds of vocational colleges,and puts forward the concrete operational practices as well as the workable suggestions.
