摘　　要：界定自然资源产权制度内涵及法律属性,总结自然资源产权法律制度现状,剖析存在的问题,以点带面,提出完善自然资源产权法律制度的对策。This paper defines the connotation and legal attribute of natural resources property right system,summarizes the current situation of the legal system of natural resources property right,analyzes existing problems,fan out from point to area,and puts forward countermeasures to perfect the legal system of natural resources property right.
