摘　　要：运用文献研究、逻辑推理等方法,以体育现代化和民俗体育理论为逻辑起点,阐述了民俗体育现代化的意义,提出了实现民俗体育现代化路径并指出其过程中应注意问题,旨在增强民众的文化自觉,推动民俗体育的现代化适应,使我国民俗体育得以更好地传承和发展。By the method of literature and logic reasoning, this thesis used the theories of culture modernization and folk sports as the logical origin. It discussed the significance of folk sports modernization. Then it provided ways of folk sports modernization and stated the issues in the process. It aimed to enhance the public’s cultural consciousness, to promote the modernizing adaption and to inherit and develop folk sports in our country.
