摘　　要：北欧斯堪的纳维亚地区的人权状态被公认是最好的,而这与其国家人权机构的合理设置与良性运转是分不开的。北欧国家因地制宜,设置了各具特色的国家人权机构,在人权保障方面发挥了积极作用。北欧国家人权机构的成功经验可以为其他地区包括中国提供有益的启发和借鉴。In today＇ s world, the Nordic countries keep a wonderful human fights recorder which is benefited from its national human fights institutions. According to local conditions, the Nordic countries established their own national human fights institutions which have played a positive role in protection of human fights. The successful story in Nordic countries can provide useful inspiration and reference to China and other countries.
