摘  要:目的探讨冠状动脉慢血流(CSF)患者的颈动脉弹性参数与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)浓度的相关性。方法选取确诊为CSF的患者108例作为CSF组,同期经冠状动脉造影证实无狭窄的健康人群105例作为对照组,两组分别采用血管回声跟踪(ET)技术检测弹性指数(β)、压力-应变弹性指数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)和脉搏波传递速度(PWV)等动脉弹性参数,同时进行HCY浓度测定。结果 CSF组超声检测的颈动脉弹性参数β、Ep、PWV与对照组比较明显升高,而AC明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CSF组HCY浓度较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CSF组HCY浓度与颈动脉弹性参数β、Ep和PWV呈正相关,与AC呈负相关。结论ET技术是评价CSF患者颈动脉弹性的简单、实用方法,CSF患者HCY浓度与颈动脉弹性参数具有良好的相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between the carotid artery elasticity parameters and plasma homocysteine in the patients with coronary slow flow(CSF).Methods 108 patients with CSF were selected as the CSF group,meanwhile,105 healthy individuals without stenosis verified by coronary arteriography were taken as the control group.The echo tracking(ET)technique was adopted to detect the arterial elastic parameters of the elastic index(β),pressure-strain elastic modulus(Ep),arterial compliance(AC)and local pulse wave velocity(PWV).Meanwhile,the level of plasma homocysteine(HCY)was measured in the two groups.Results The stiffness parameters ofβ,Ep and PWV in the CSF group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while AC was significantly decreased compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01).The level of plasma HCY level in the CSF group was significantly increased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The level of HCY in the CSF group was positively correlated withβ,Ep and PWV,but negatively correlated with AC.Conclusion ET technique is a simple practical method to evaluate carotid artery elasticity in the patients with CSF.The plasma HCY level has good correlation with the carotid artery elasticity parameters in the CSF patients.
