摘　　要：目的评估北京市西城区健康人群流腮抗体水平,为传染病预防控制提供科学依据。方法采集西城区10个居委会本市及外省健康人群血清标本共220份,采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）测定流腮Ig G抗体,同时调查患病史、免疫史及人口学特征。结果流腮IgG抗体阳性率为74.09%,抗体几何平均浓度（GMC）为38.92 IU/ml,不同性别、不同户籍流腮抗体阳性率和GMC比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。有免疫史人群流腮抗体阳性率和GMC均高于无免疫史人群。不同年龄组中,〈1.5岁组流腮抗体阳性率和GMC最低。1.5-6岁年龄组抗体阳性率和GMC也较低。结论预测西城区近期不会发生流腮暴发流行。建议继续做好流腮疫情监测工作,及时开展麻风腮疫苗加强免疫,减少病毒感染的风险。Objective To evaluate the mumps antibody level in healthy population in Xicheng District, Beijing, and provide a basis for preventing mumps. Methods Totally 220 serum samples were collected from the local and floating population in 10 communities of Xicheng District. Mumps antibody was determined with ELISA. The history of mumps, mumps vaccination, and demographic characteristics were investigated. Results The mumps antibody positive rate was 74.09%, and the geometric mean concentration （GMC） was 38.92 IU/ml. There was no significant difference between the antibody positive rate and GMC in different genders and household registers. The mumps antibody positive rate and GMC in populations with vaccination history were higher than those populations without vaccination history（ P 〉0.05 ）. The comparison of different age groups showed that the group 〈 1.5 years had the lowest antibody positive rate and the lowest GMC. The antibody positive rate and GMC in the age group of 1.5 - 6 years was also low. Conclusion It was predicted that mumps epidemic might not occur in Xieheng District recently. Mumps surveillance should be strengthened and the booster immunization of MMR should be completed in time to reduce the risk of virus infection.
