摘  要:乡村温泉旅游地属性绩效对游客满意度提升及旅游地发展具有重要意义。通过构建"乡村温泉旅游地属性绩效——游客满意度"概念模型,并以浙江武义乡村温泉旅游度假区为抽样样本,对研究概念模型进行实证检验,结果显示:乡村温泉旅游地的温泉核心产品和服务、生态环境与人文景观、管理服务和基础设施三方面的属性绩效与游客总体满意度存在高度正相关关系。温泉核心产品和服务属性绩效对游客总体满意度影响最为显著,其次分别为生态环境与人文景观属性绩效、管理服务和基础设施属性绩效。因此,乡村温泉旅游地应重视乡村温泉特色产品开发、温泉度假设施建设、温泉文化品质、温泉疗养水平等温泉核心产品和服务属性绩效的提升,同时着力改善管理服务和基础设施建设,以及保持淳朴民风和维护环境基底条件,从而有效促进游客满意度的提升。The attribute performance of rural hot spring tourist destination is important to enhance tourist satisfaction and the development of the tourist destination. This paper establishes a conceptual model of tourist satisfaction and the attribute performance of rural hot spring tourist destinations (RHSTD), and then tests it empirically by studying the sample of Wuyi Rural Hot Spring Holiday Resort. The result shows that. (1) the attribute of RHSTD includes three aspects, hot spring core product& service, ecological environment & cultural landscape, and management service & infrastructure, which all have a sig- nificant positive correlation with tourist satisfaction; (2) in terms of the impact on the overall tourist satis- faction, attribute performance of hot spring core product & service ranks first, followed by attribute performance of ecological environment & cultural landscape, and attribute performance of management service & infrastructure. It is therefore concluded that,in order to enhance the tourist satisfaction of RHSTD, great attention should be paid to the development of products with rural hot spring characteristics, the construction of hot spring holiday resort facilities, the enhancement of attribute performance of hot spring core product & service (e.g. the quality of hot spring culture and the service level of spa), the improvement of management service and infrastructure construction, the protection of simple folk customs, and the basic environmental conditions.
