摘　　要：对当前电力规划设计业务提出一整套信息化的总体设计和实现思路,研究开发了电力规划设计GIS平台,可实现电力规划、输电设计等功能。通过本平台提供的技术与资源,满足电力规划设计的核心业务需求,完善电力规划设计的工作体系,支撑更加深入地开展电网业务的研究。This paper proposed a set of general design and the realization idea on the current electric power planning and design services information, researched and developed a power planning and design platform of GIS, which could realize the power transmission planning, design and other functions. The technologies and resources provided by the platform can meet the core business needs of power planning and design, and improve the work system of power planning and design.
