摘　　要：发展作为永恒的主题,国家"十二五"《教育规划纲要》明确提出加强高等学校内涵建设的要求。图书馆作为高校三大核心支柱之一,如何理解内涵建设的真正含义,通过有效的途径和策略加强内涵建设,以适应高校可持续发展,为高校健康发展提供强有力的保障。Development isthe eternal theme and the National ＂Twelfth Five - year Education Plan＂ rises the requirement for strengthening the connotation construction of colleges and universities. As one of the three core pillars of universities, university library should understand the true meaning of connotation construction, strengthen it through effective approaches and strategies so as to adapt to the sustainable development of colleges and universities and provide strong guarantee for the healthy development of university as well.
