摘 要:通过盆栽试验对25份苎麻种质资源叶片绿原酸含量进行了分析,同时比较了3个主栽品种不同部位、不同收获季节麻叶和不同麻龄麻蔸的绿原酸含量。结果表明,25份苎麻种质叶片绿原酸含量变幅在0.059%~0.7310k。3个主栽品种不同部位、不同收获季节麻叶和不同麻龄麻蔸的绿原酸含量变幅分别在0.155%-0.719%、0.143%-0.719%和0.311%-0.6690k。部位间、收获季节问和麻龄间绿原酸含量均达到显著差异。湘苎三号三麻的麻叶和中苎一号新栽麻的麻蔸适合作为绿原酸提取原料。In this study, a hydroponic culture experiment was carried out to compare the content of chlorogenic acid in twenty ilve ramie genotypes. Meanwhile, the content of ch]orogenic acid of four tis- sues, of leaf in three harvest seasons and of root in four years in three varieties was analyzed. The results showed that the range of variance of chlorogcnic acid content in twenty five ramie genotypes was 0.059% - 0.731%. The ranges of variance of ch]orogenic acid content in four tissues, in leaf of three harvest seasons and in root of four years were 0. 155% ~ 0.719% ~ 0. 143% ~0. 719% and 0.311% -0.669% respectively. There were signhqcant differences among tissues , harvest seasons and years in three ramie varieties. The leaf of Xiangzhu No. 3 in season 3 and root of new planted Zhongzhu No. 1 were suitable for extraction of clflorogenic acid.
