摘  要:为了掌握红麻质核互作型雄性不育系败育发生的时期、发生方式以及花粉发育过程,采用石蜡切片法观察其小孢子发育过程进行花粉发育时期的准确划分,为红麻杂种优势利用提供理论依据。花粉发育分为6个时期,发育天数在25-28天,不育系发生败育的主要时期为单核期。不育系和保持系均能形成四分体,但在单核期时,不育系的绒毡层退化严重,明显早于保持系,小孢子出现畸形,不能形成正常的花粉粒,导致最后败育。In order to understand the abortion period, the abortion mode and the definition of anther development stages in cytoplasm - nuclear male sterile kenaf, to promote the heterosis utilization, the pm'affin section technique was used to observe cytomorphological development period and to divide devel- opment process accurately. It was divided six periods which lasted about from 25 to 28 days during pollen development. Abortion of male sterile line mainly occurred during mononuclear period. Both male sterile line and maintainer could form tetrad. But the tapemm of male sterile line seriously degraded, and was significantly earlier than that of the maintainer. Meanwhile microspores of male sterile line were abnormal with no normal pollen grain and it led to abortion.
