企业视角下的三本院校毕业生需求调研报告

摘　　要：文章设计了23个问题,按照学校所在地荆州市周边区域,武汉地区,广州深圳为代表的珠三角地区,以上海、江浙为代表的长三角地区,以北京、天津为代表的环渤海地区、其他地区等五个地域的62家用人企业进行了问卷调查。围绕用人企业对三本学生的评价与认可度、对学生的素质与能力要求、是否愿意参与学生培养等三方面展开了详细调研。通过对调研数据的归纳、整理、分析,总结了三本院校毕业生在企业用人中现状和企业要求,得出如下结论:三本学生有相对充足的被需求空间;不同企业对人才的需求无明显差异;用人单位对三本学生的评价与期许相对统一;用人单位愿意与学校一起进行人才培养。This paper designed 23 problems,and carried on questionnaire survey in 62 enterprises distributed in six areas,such as Jingzhou,Wuhan,Pearl River Delta,Yangzte River Delta,Bohai Rim and etc.Research report was focus on enterprises,evaluation and recognition of third-grade college students,quality and ability,willing to cultivate talents.This paper summarized the situation of third-grade college graduates and enterprises,demands through induction,regulation and analysis of survey data.Conclusions were given in this paper：adequate demands of third-grade college students existed in enterprises,no difference between the talent person,s demands,evaluation and expectation is relatively uniform in enterprises,enterprises were willing to cultivate talents with school.
