摘　　要：分析了一名因异性交往恐惧而主动前来咨询的大学生的案例,主要采用认知与暴露综合疗法对其进行辅导,详细地记录了咨询过程和方法,最终使得来访者的恐惧情绪得到缓解,积极心理品质得到提升,咨询效果良好。This paper analyzed a case of a college student suffering from social phobia due to his heterosexual contact fear. The methods of cognitive therapy and exposure therapy were employed in the process of counseling,which was recorded in details. The therapy was proved effective with the student＇s social phobia relieved and positive mental characters improved.
