小儿喘息性疾病血清总免疫球蛋白E和特异性免疫球蛋白E变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿喘息性疾病血清总免疫球蛋白E(t Ig E)和特异性免疫球蛋白E(s Ig E)变化水平。方法选取2013年9月至2015年6月我院收治256例喘息性疾病患儿作为研究组,选取同期我院体检中心体检健康儿童100例作为健康组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测t Ig E水平,欧蒙印迹法检测s Ig E水平。比较两组儿童t Ig E、s Ig E水平,并分析喘息性疾病患儿中血清t Ig E、s Ig E的相关性。结果研究组患儿t Ig E、s Ig E水平均显著高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿t Ig E升高179例,正常77例;升高组s Ig E阳性率为62.57%(112/179),明显高于正常组的7.79%(6/77),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喘息疾病患儿血清t Ig E、s Ig E水平明显升高,t Ig E升高患儿中s Ig E也呈明显升高,两者联合检测可提高小儿哮喘检出率。Objective To investigate the changes of serum total immunoglobulin E （tIgE） and specific immunoglobulin E （sIgE） in pediatric asthmatic disease. Methods 256 children with asthmatic disease treated in our hospital from September 2013 to June 2015 were set as study group, 100 healthy children receiving physical examination in our hospital in same period were set as healthy group. The tIgE level was detected by ELISA, the sIgE level was detected by EUROLine. The levels of tIgE and sIgE were compared, the correlation between tIgE and sIgE in children with asthmatic disease was analyzed. Results The level of tIgE and sIgE in study group were higher than those in healthy group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Among study group, the tIgE of 179 cases increased, and 77 cases maintained a normal level;the positive rate of sIgE in raise group was 62.57%（112/179）, higher than 7.79%（6/77） in normal group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The level of tIgE and sIgE in children with asthmatic disease increases significantly, and the level of sIgE in children with high tIgE also increases significantly. The joint detection can improve the detection rate of asthma in children.
