综合护理服务对改善自身免疫性脑炎患者认知功能障碍的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究综合护理服务对改善自身免疫性脑炎患者认知功能障碍的影响。方法选取2010年11月至2014年10月我院收治的52例自身免疫性脑炎患者,随机分为两组各26例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上施行综合护理服务模式,比较治疗6个月后两组患者认知功能改善情况。参照韦氏儿童智力量表、记忆量表和Halstead-Reita(HR)儿童神经心理学成套测验分别检测患儿的智商(IQ)、回忆商(MQ)及脑病损程度(DQ),观察两组以上指标差异。结果采用综合服务的干预组患者的IQ、MQ值均明显高于对照组,DQ值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理服务对改善自身免疫性脑炎患者认知功能障碍有积极的影响,对提高综合护理服务满意度方面有积极的作用。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing service on improving the cognitive dysfunction of patients with autoimmune encephalitis （AE）. Methods 52 AE patients treated in our hospital from November 2010 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the interventional group was given comprehensive nursing service based on the control group. The improvement of cognitive dysfunction after treating for 6 months of two groups was compared. The IQ （intelligence quotient）, MQ （memory quotient） and DQ （damage quotient） of AE patients were tested by Wechsler intelligence scale, Wechsler memory scale and HR neuropsychological tests, and the difference of above indexes of two groups was observed. Results The IQ value and MQ value of patients receiving comprehensive nursing service in interventional group were significantly higher than those in control group, the DQ value was significantly lower than that in control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing service has positive influence on improving the cognitive dysfunction of patients with autoimmune encephalitis, and also plays an important role in improving the satisfaction of comprehensive nursing service.
