摘 要:以水热法合成HY分子筛为载体,等体积浸渍法制备HY型分子筛负载Pd催化剂(Pd/HY)。在反应温度160℃、空速120 h-1和V(HCl)∶V(C2H2)=1.1∶1条件下,考察催化剂用于乙炔氢氯化反应制氯乙烯的催化性能及载体中硅铝比对催化剂催化性能的影响。用XRD、FI-IR、SEM和BET对Pd/HY催化剂的物化性质进行表征,结果表明,Pd/HY(HY分子筛的Si/Al=8)催化剂表现出较好的催化活性,乙炔转化率为97.67%,氯乙烯选择性为98.44%。与工业HY型分子筛为载体的催化剂相比,乙炔转化率提高29%,寿命较长,稳定性良好。HY molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal method. Using the as-synthesized HY molecular sieve as the support, Pcl/HY catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method. Under the conditions of reaction temperature 160℃,space velocity 120 h- 1 and V(HC1): V( C2H2 ) = 1.1: 1, the catalytic performance of the catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination to vinyl chloride and the effects of supports with different Si/A1 ratio on their catalytic activities were investigated. The physicochemical properties of Pd/HY catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, FI-IR and BET. The results indicated that Pd/HY catalyst ( HY molecular sieve with Si/A1 molar ratio = 8) exhibited better catalytic activities, and acetylene conversion rate and the selectivity to vinyl chloride reached 97.67% and 98.44%, respec- tively. Compared with the catalyst that used commercial HY molecular sieve as the support, acetylene conversion rate was increased by 29%, and the catalyst exhibited a long lifetime and good stability.
