新型双子季胺碱模板剂的合成及纳米ZSM-5分子筛的制备

摘　　要：以对二苄溴为主要原料,设计并合成了一种新型双子季胺碱类化合物,合成路线短,转化效率高,且易于操作。以此作为模板剂,成功制备了具有MFI骨架特征的纳米级ZSM-5分子筛,采用XRD和SEM对其进行表征,考察不同硅铝物质的量比和碱度等条件对ZSM-5分子筛制备的影响。制备的ZSM-5分子筛结晶度较高,颗粒整齐。Using 1,4-dibromo-p-xylene as the main raw material, a novel gemini quaternary ammonium hydroxide was designed and synthesized. The synthetic route is efficient and feasible. The nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with MFI-type framework was prepared by using gemini quaternary ammonium hydroxide as the template. The as-prepared ZSM-5 zeolite was characterized by XRD and SEM. The influence of Si/A1 ratio and basicity was investigated. The results showed that the as-prepared ZSM-5 zeolite possessed high crystallinity and uniform particle size.
