摘  要:建立一套测定约束指数的微型固定反应器,研究孔结构与尺寸,测定常见分子筛、介孔分子筛、核壳分子筛和共生复合分子筛的约束指数,考察温度、硅铝比和核壳生长次数对约束指数的影响。研究表明,温度的影响较大,随着核壳生长次数的增加,约束指数增大,共生复合分子筛的约束指数高,且变化幅度大。In order to study the pore structure and pore size of molecular sieves, a fixed-bed microreactor was set up, and then the constraint index value of ordinary molecular sieve, mesoporous molecular sieve, core shell molecular sieve and intergrowth molecular sieve was measured. The effects of temperatures, silica alumina ratio, the times of core shell growth on constraint index were investigated. The research results indicated that the temperature had great influence on the constraint index ; with the increase of the times of core shell growth, the constraint index enhanced; the constraint index of intergrowth molecular sieve was high and its change range was big.
