联合应用疮疡灵及水胶体敷料预防压疮高危手术患儿术中压疮的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用疮疡灵及水胶体敷料预防压疮高危手术患儿术中压疮的治疗及护理效果,为预防高危手术患儿术中发生压疮提供临床依据。方法选取收治的Norton评分低于20分的压疮高危患儿124例,将其随机均分为1个实验组和3个对照组(n=31)。对照Ⅰ组:采用传统的预防压疮方法,即在患儿易受压处垫衬医用脱脂棉垫;对照Ⅱ组:患儿采用传统方法的基础上,在患儿易受压部位贴附水胶体敷料进行局部减压的方法;对照Ⅲ组:患儿采用传统方法的基础上在患儿易受压部位预防性涂抹疮疡灵软膏;实验组:患儿采用传统的压疮预防方法的基础上,先在患儿易受压部位涂抹疮疡灵软膏,待干后贴附水胶体敷料。观察实验组和对照组的压疮发生情况。结果实验组1例发生压疮,对照组共计发生15例,实验组和各个对照组压疮发生率对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用疮疡灵及水胶体敷料能充分改善局部皮肤组织的微循环,减轻受压皮肤压力,预防患儿术中压疮,临床效果显著,方便易行,且对患儿皮肤无不良刺激,适宜在预防压疮高危手术患儿术中压疮时采用。Objective To explore the combined use of ulcers spirit and hydrocolloid dressings, preventing pressure ulcers of children undergoing high-risk surgery treatment and nursing effect of medium pressure ulcers, to prevent children with high-risk operation pressure sores in to provide clinical basis.Methods Elect Norton pressure ulcer risk score below 20 points on 124 cases of children, will be randomly divided into experimental group 1 and 3 control group, experimental group 31 cases, 3 control group 93 cases, 31 cases in each group. ContrastⅠ group： the traditional method of prevention of pressure ulcers in children with easy compression line a medical absorbent pads; ContrastⅡ groups： children, on the basis of the traditional method in children with easy compression parts attached with a hydrocolloid dressing method for partial stress; ContrastⅢ group： children adopted on the basis of traditional method in children with easy compression parts preventive ulcers spirit daub ointment; Experimental group：children in traditional methods of prevention of pressure ulcers, on the basis of ifrst in children with easy compression part daub ointment ulcers spirit, after being dry stick add hydrocolloid dressings. Observe the developed situation of the experimental group and the control group.Results Only one group took place the pressure sores, control group a total of 15 cases, the experimental group and the control group in the incidence of pressure ulcers compared signiifcant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined use of ulcers spirit and hydrocolloid dressings, fully improve the microcirculation of partial skin tissue, compression of fully relieve skin pressure, prevent children with the clinical effect of medium pressure ulcers signiifcantly, this method is convenient and feasible, and no bad stimulation for children with skin, suitable to prevent pressure sores of children undergoing high-risk surgery is used when intermediate pressure sores.
