摘　　要：宁波积极打造"港口经济圈"使港口经济发展迅猛,"水水中转"作为港口集疏运体系中的重要组成部分面临着机遇与挑战。文章分析了宁波港"水水中转"发展现状、发展原因及需求、发展优势及制约因素,对进一步优化"水水中转"提出了建议。With Ningbo actively creating the ＂port economic circle＂, the port economy has developed rapidly. Meanwhile, as an important part of port transportation system, the water-water transfer, is facing opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzed the current situation of the development of ＂water-water transfer＂ of Ningbo port, development reasons and demand as well as the advantages and restricting factors. Finally, how to further optimize the Ningbo port ＂water-water transfer＂ were proposed.
