摘 要:设计了以新型碳系纳米材料(CN)为载体的负载燃速催化剂BC-1/CN和BC-2/CN,通过热重(TG)分析和差示扫描量热法(DSC)联用研究了负载燃速催化剂对AP热分解行为的影响,研究了负载燃速催化剂种类和含量对NEPE推进剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,CN能够增强BC-1和BC-2对AP热分解的催化作用,从而显著降低AP的分解温度;随着负载燃速催化剂中CN含量的提高,NEPE推进剂在15MPa下的燃速由15.72mm/s增至24.68mm/s,增幅达57%,压强指数由0.60降至0.46;当负载燃速催化剂中CN的质量分数为10%时,NEPE推进剂的燃速高达34.8mm/s,而药浆的工艺性能没有明显恶化,综合作用效果最好。Two loading burning-rate catalysts BC-1/CN and BC-2/CN introducing a new type of carbon nanomaterial CN as the carrier were designed.The influence of loading burning-rate catalysts on the thermal decomposition behavior of AP was studied by the TG-DSC coupling method.Effects of variety and content of loading burning-rate catalysts on the combustion properties of NEPE propellants were investigated.Results show that the BC-1/CN and BC-2/CN can enhance the catalytic action of BC-1and BC-2on the thermal decomposition of AP and significantly reduce the decomposition temperature of AP.With the increase of CN content in the catalyst,the burning-rate of NEPE propellants under 15 MPa increases from 15.72mm/s to 24.68mm/s,which increases by 57%,while the pressure exponent also decreases from 0.60 to 0.46.When the mass fraction of CN in the loading burning-rate catalyst is 10%,the burning-rate of NEPE propellant is up to 34.8mm/s,while the process performance of the propellant slurry is not significantly deteriorated and the comprehensive effect is the best.
