摘  要:为研究球形叠氮硝胺发射药的工艺安全性,采用5s爆发点、落锤式撞击感度仪、摩擦感度仪研究了球形叠氮硝胺发射药的热感度、机械感度、静电感度和冲击波感度,并与球形制式双基药进行了对比。结果表明,对于球形叠氮硝胺发射药(DAQ):5s爆发点为228.3℃、爆炸百分数为4%、撞击感度特性落高(H50)为14.8cm、50%发火电压为正极3.27kV/负极3.10kV、50%发火能量为正极1.18J/负极1.06J、冲击波试验隔板值37mm;对于球形制式双基球形药(SPQ):5s爆发点为220.4℃、爆炸百分数为20%、撞击感度特性落高(H50)为14.1cm、50%发火电压为正极2.30kV/负极2.00kV、50%发火能量为正极0.68J/负极0.64J、冲击波试验隔板值为43mm,表明DAQ与SPQ的工艺安全性基本相当。To study the processing safety of spherical azidonitramine gun propellant manufacture,the thermal sensitivity,mechanical sensitivity,electrostatic sensitivity and shock wave sensitivity of spherical azidonitramine gun propellant were studied by 5sexplosion temperature test,drop hammer impact sensitivity test,friction sensitivity test and compared with the spherical traditional double-base propellant.Results show that for azidonitramine gun propellant(DAQ):5sexplosion point,228.3℃;friction sensitivity,4%;characteristic drop height of impact sensitivity(H50),14.8cm;50%firing voltage,anode 3.27kV/cathode 3.10kV;50%firing energy,anode 1.18J/cathode 1.06J;gap value of shock wave test,37 mm.For traditional spherical double-base gun propellant(SPQ):5s explosion point,220.4℃;friction sensitivity,20%,characteristic drop height of impact sensitivity(H50),14.1cm;50%firing voltage,anode 2.30kV/cathode 2.00kV;50%firing energy,anode 0.68J/cathode 0.64J;gap value of shock wave test impact wave sensitivity,43 mm,indicating that the DAQ has almost the same processing safety as SPQ.
