武陵山区地市级党报信息扶贫功能与路径研究——基于2013年度《团结报》的个案分析

摘　　要：通过对武陵山区地市级党报《团结报》的实证调查与研究,分析了该党报在信息扶贫中存在的诸多问题。从党报性质、功能、角色等方面,阐述了偏远山区地市级党报信息扶贫的功能和职责。在此基础上,对地市级党报信息扶贫的路径进行了初步探索,以期对武陵山区的扶贫开发工程和地市级党报信息扶贫政策及措施的制定提供一定参考。Through the empirical investigation and research of prefecture-level party newspaper Tuan Jie Journal,this paper analyz?es many problems existing in party newspaper about information poverty alleviation. From the nature,function,role,etc.,this paper ex?pounds that information poverty alleviation of prefecture-level party newspaper in remote mountain is their functions and responsibilities. On this basis,this paper preliminarily explores information poverty alleviation of prefecture-level party newspaper so as to provide certain reference for the policy establishment and measures for poverty alleviation and development engineering and municipal party newspaper information in Wuling mountain area.
