摘　　要：合成革储布机主要是为了纺织业生产的储布过程而设计。通过对机架的设计、导布辊的设计,机械传动装置的设计、气动装置的设计,PLC控制的设计,使其保护合成革的质量和提高收卷效率,在产品试制、实验分析、设备改进设计等方面具有重要的实际应用和推广价值。Synthetic leather cloth storage machine is designed mainly for cloth storage process of the textile production. By the design of frame, fabric guide roller, mechanical transmission device, pneumatic device and PLC control, it not only can pro-tect of the quality of synthetic leather and improve the rolling efficiency, but also has important practical value for application and popularization in trial production, experimental analysis, improvement design of the equipments.
